It has been raining cats and dogs since the last 2 weeks, and i mean almost everyday.  Not that i am complaining.  In fact, i am grateful.  The great thing is, the air is breezier, cleaner and fresher.  Things look greener too.  I would rather have more rain than the hazy mazey wheather we experienced last couple of months.  Rainy days mean i can enjoy my warm cups of coffee while blogging and surfing.  However, it also means that i am often stuck in the house.  Hehe.  Owh how i wish i can go outside, embrace the nature and do something fun - aha restnrileksing style that is :D  Fun doesnt have to be expensive : in fact, your own backyard or a stroll in your neighbourhood park (Lake Garden Perhaps) will do.  With a dash of enthuasism and creativity, then, you are good to go.

My simple idea of restnrileksing would be power walking or jogging in famous KL parks ; Titiwangsa or Lake Garden.  And for this, you ll need a good shoe.  Believe me, your feet will thank you later.  I would spare no expanses (well, literally) when finding a comfy running or jogging shoe.  My first running shoe was Nike, then Puma, and now i am back using Nike Zoom +.  Breatheable and water-proof fabrics are my concerns when choosing one. Joggin at Lake Garden, i sometimes love to deviate from the laid out course, and off i am running on that sloppy hills; up wards and downwards; huffing and puffing in those lush green areas trying to maintain my pace :D aha.  I wish i had a trail running shoe so it would grip better.  

A class "A" sandal would be nice on your feet for your warm saturday and sunday morning walk.  Owh, i can imagine myself walking happily on one of those sandals listening to my ipod nano.  Sassy! Lol.

So, outdoor doesnt mean you have to go far to find your restnrileksing session, ee haa. Married with children should not be your excuses too.  I once saw my old time friend, huffing and puffing with her kids using jogging stroller. She was happy and i was laughing happily.  We were both laughing for no reasons.  LoL.  I am glad she still does it.  Anyway, i hope you do find your own time for your restnrileksing.  Remember as they say  : "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."  Aha  :D

Owh, tomorrow is Saturday, aha, and my restnrileksing has begun.  :)
